Drop-In Sessions

Group sessions are a great way to allow your dog to be around other dogs in a controlled environment. While there will be no concrete instructions in the drop-in sessions, a trainer will be available for comments and advice when needed.

For the safety of all Central Canine dogs and their owners, we ask that any reactive dogs do not attend drop-in sessions but rather sign up for a private session for more detailed and personalized training.

All drop-in sessions occur once a week and can be paid for through the Central Canine website or on campus when you arrive.

Socialization and Obedience

Properly socializing your puppy or new dog might be one of the most important things that you do as a new dog owner. This drop-in session will allow your dog to engage with other dogs in a safe and controlled environment. Wether you would like to expel some of that puppy energy or work on obedience under distractions, the Socialization and Obedience drop-in session is a great addition to your dog's calendar!

Pre-requisites: At least 8 weeks old

Days and Time: Monday 7:00 - 8:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 - 10:00 am

Location: Central Canine

Cost: $10.00

Protection Work

Protection work drop in sessions will be a two hour long session where you and your dog will have the opportunity to work on bite mechanics and grip development.

This session is open to Personal Protection Dogs as well as Protection Sport Dogs. Do you have a young dog that you think would excel in protection training? Come to the Protection Work Drop-In session and our trainers will evaluate your dog and suggest a training plan.

Only one dog is worked at a time.

Pre-requisites: 8 weeks and older

Days and Time: Thursday 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Location: Central Canine

Cost: $20.00

Nose Work

Nose work drop in sessions are a great extension to any of our group nose work sessions. This time allows you and your dog to work on skills learned in the class with a professional trainer available to answer any questions. While it is not required that you be enrolled in one of the nose work group sessions, it is encouraged that you have worked with your dog in nose work previously. This session will focus on both tracking/trailing as well as detection for various scents.

Pre-requisites: 8 weeks and older

Days and Time: Sunday 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Location: Central Canine

Cost: $20.00
